Written quotes provided by Sonoma Concrete after a site visit represent our firm pricing for the defined scope of work and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted. Any scope changes requested by the customer or required by field conditions will be communicated in writing before additional work proceeds.
Sonoma Concrete provides concrete contracting services including driveways, patios, foundations, walkways, retaining walls, pool decks, and related concrete work. All service work is governed by a separate written contract between Sonoma Concrete and the customer, which constitutes the entire agreement regarding that project.
These Terms and Conditions govern use of our website only. For terms specific to a construction project, refer to the signed project contract. In the event of any conflict between these website terms and a signed project contract, the project contract governs.
All work performed by Sonoma Concrete complies with applicable California Building Codes and local City of Sonoma, Petaluma, Napa, and other jurisdictional requirements, including permit requirements where applicable.
